Kavrix Solutions LLC
1. Introduction
Kavrix Solutions LLC (“Kavrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use any mobile application, website, or service published by Kavrix Solutions LLC (each, an “App,” and collectively, the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to information we collect:
- In our mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store or other platforms.
- On websites operated by Kavrix Solutions LLC.
- Through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and our Services.
Please read this Policy carefully. By using any of our Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect only the information needed to provide and improve our Services. Depending on which App you use, we may collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
This includes any information you voluntarily provide when you use our Apps, such as:
- Account information (where applicable): name, email address, or username.
- Content you create: notes, journal entries, photos, tags, decisions, goals, habits, travel plans, expense data, mind maps, or any other content you generate within an App.
- Survey, feedback, and support communications: information you share when you contact us or respond to prompts within the App.
- Payment information: processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use an App, we may automatically collect:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (where permitted), language settings, and time zone.
- Usage data: features used, screens viewed, taps, session length, crashes, and performance data.
- Diagnostic and analytics data: aggregated and anonymized information used to improve stability and performance.
Most of this information is collected in aggregate form and is not used to personally identify you.
2.3 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Many of our Apps are designed to store your content locally on your device using Apple frameworks such as Core Data, UserDefaults, or the iOS file system. In these cases, we do not transmit your content to our servers, and we do not have access to it.
2.4 Information We Do Not Collect
Unless clearly disclosed within a specific App, we do not collect:
- Precise geolocation data.
- Contacts, SMS messages, or call logs.
- Health or biometric data beyond what you voluntarily enter.
- Data from third-party accounts (unless you explicitly connect them).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
- Save and synchronize the content you create within an App.
- Process subscriptions and verify purchases via Apple.
- Respond to your requests, questions, and support inquiries.
- Improve, personalize, and develop new features.
- Monitor for crashes, errors, and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal content to train third-party AI models.
4. AI Features and Third-Party AI Providers
Some of our Apps include AI-powered features (for example, AI-generated insights, summaries, recommendations, or research). To provide these features, the relevant content you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers, including:
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude API) — https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
When you use an AI feature, the input you provide (such as a prompt, journal entry, or decision context) is transmitted to the AI provider to generate a response, which is then returned to your device. Kavrix Solutions LLC does not use this content for advertising and does not sell it to third parties. Anthropic’s handling of API data is governed by Anthropic’s own commercial terms and privacy policy.
If you do not want your content processed by an AI provider, do not use the AI-powered features within the App.
5. Third-Party Services
In addition to AI providers, our Apps may use the following categories of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them:
- Apple (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud) — for app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and optional iCloud backup. https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Analytics and crash reporting providers (e.g., Firebase, Apple App Analytics) — to understand aggregated usage patterns and diagnose crashes.
- Cloud and backend providers (where applicable) — to store and sync account data for specific Apps that offer cloud features.
We only share information with third parties to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features and subscriptions in our Apps are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple provides us with limited, non-identifying information confirming that a purchase or subscription is active. We do not receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID password.
Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following situations:
- Service providers: with vendors that help us operate our Services (such as cloud hosting, analytics, or AI providers), under obligations of confidentiality.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case any transfer will be subject to this Policy.
- With your consent: when you explicitly direct us to share information.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Content stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Diagnostic and aggregated analytics data is retained for a limited period for performance and security purposes.
- Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable recordkeeping.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure platform APIs provided by Apple. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
- Portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format.

10.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
10.2 European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our lawful bases for processing include: performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our Services. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 14.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Apps marketed as appropriate for children will comply with the Apple Kids Category requirements and applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA.
12. International Users
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to such transfer.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-App notification). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
